Cancellation Policy

Appointment Confirmation Your appointment is confirmed once your booking is completed and any required deposit is received. Payment Payment is due on or before the inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or if access to the property is unavailable may be subject to a $100 cancellation/trip fee. Scope of Inspection The inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of the property’s readily accessible systems and components. It is performed in accordance with California law and generally accepted Standards of Practice. The inspection is not technically exhaustive and does not include destructive testing, dismantling, moving furniture or personal belongings, or inspecting concealed or inaccessible areas. Hidden defects may not be discovered. Optional Services Services such as Sewer Scope, Drone Roof Inspection, Thermal Imaging, Pool & Spa Inspection, Mold Moisture Scan, and other specialty inspections are available for an additional fee. Inspection Report Reports are generally delivered electronically within 24 hours after the inspection. Limitations A home inspection is not a warranty, guarantee, insurance policy, or prediction of future performance. The inspection does not determine property value, code compliance, future condition, environmental hazards, or hidden defects unless specifically contracted. Safety The inspector may decline to inspect any area or component considered unsafe or inaccessible. Photographs Photos and video may be taken during the inspection and included in the report for documentation purposes. Client Attendance Clients are welcome to attend the inspection but are not required. Agreement By booking an inspection, you acknowledge and accept these Booking Policies. A separate Pre-Inspection Agreement containing the complete inspection terms and conditions must be signed before the inspection begins.
