Q1: What exactly does my subscription include?

 

 

Your monthly plan includes:

 

  • 1 to 4 scheduled home inspections per year (depending on your plan)

  • A professional, in-person walkthrough by a certified inspector

  • A detailed PDF report with photos and priority-based recommendations

  • Seasonal reminders and repair guidance

  • Access to trusted service providers if needed

 

 

 

 

Q2: How is CuraCasa different from a one-time inspection?

 

 

Traditional home inspections happen only before buying or selling a home.

CuraCasa is different — we inspect your home routinely to prevent issues, not just find them.

We’re your ongoing home care partner, not a one-time report.

 

 

 

Q3: How often will you visit my home?

 

 

It depends on your plan:

 

  • Basic Plan: 2 inspection per year

  • Standard Plan: 3 inspections per year

  • Premium Plan: 4 inspections per year (quarterly)

 

 

We schedule them seasonally or as needed, and you’ll get reminders before each visit.

 

 

 

Q4: Do I have to be home during inspections?

 

 

Not necessarily.

You can meet us in person, or simply provide access (door code, lockbox, etc.). We’ll handle everything and send your report via email within 24–48 hours.

 

 

 

Q5: Do you repair the problems you find?

 

 

No.

We don’t sell repairs — we provide unbiased reports.

However, we can recommend trusted local contractors or coordinate next steps if requested (available in Standard and Premium plans).

 

 

 

Q6: Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

 

 

Yes, you can cancel at any time — after your initial 3-month commitment.
 
Why? Because your first inspection includes a full home visit, detailed report, and setup. To ensure fairness and quality service, we ask for a minimum of 3 months before cancellation.
 
After that, your subscription becomes fully flexible — pause, upgrade, or cancel whenever you’d like.

 

 

 

Q7: Can this help with property value?
