Refund Policy

At CuraCasa,inc, we strive to provide excellent service and clear expectations.

One-Time Inspections

Payments for completed inspections are non-refundable.

If cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund or rescheduling may be offered.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Subscription plans may include a minimum initial commitment period as described at checkout.

After the commitment period, subscriptions may be canceled according to the active plan terms.

No refunds are issued for services already completed, inspections already performed, or partially used billing periods unless required by law.

If access is unavailable or the customer misses the appointment, rescheduling fees may apply.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days and we will review promptly.
