By using this website or purchasing any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

CuraCasa, inc provides home inspection, preventative maintenance checkups, subscription plans, reports, and related advisory services.

We do not perform licensed repairs unless separately contracted through another agreement.

Home inspections are visual, non-invasive evaluations based on conditions visible at the time of inspection.

We do not guarantee future performance of systems, appliances, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or structural components.

Appointments are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, access issues, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer agrees to provide:

Subscription services renew according to the plan selected unless canceled under the cancellation policy.

Pricing may change with advance notice.

Payments are due at booking or according to the active subscription plan.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of service.

Inspection reports are informational only.

Recommendations are not engineering opinions, code certifications, guarantees, or repair warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CuraCasa, ink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by customer for the service giving rise to the claim.

All website text, branding, logos, images, and materials are property of CuraCasa, inc and may not be copied without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
